License Information

Standard Commercial License

The Standard Commercial License grants you, the purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital asset(s) ("Asset") you have purchased for personal and commercial projects under the following terms:

What You Can Do:

• Use the Asset in personal and commercial projects, including films, games, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
• Modify the Asset to suit your project needs.
• Use the Asset in multiple projects without additional fees.
• Use the Asset worldwide for an unlimited period.

What You Cannot Do:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the Asset to any third party as a standalone file.
• Use the Asset in a way that competes with Attemptry or in products that are offered for redistribution or resale.
• Use the Asset in any template for distribution or resale where the Asset represents a significant portion of the value of the product being redistributed.
• Use the Asset in any illegal or defamatory manner, or in connection with pornographic, obscene, or offensive content.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Asset.

Attribution:

Attribution is not required for the Standard License, but it is appreciated. If you wish to provide attribution, you may credit "Attemptry" in your project documentation or credits.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attemptry from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Asset.

Extended Commercial License

The Extended Commercial License grants you all the rights of the Standard License, plus the right to use the Asset in products for resale.

Additional Rights:

• Use the Asset in merchandise for sale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters).
• Use the Asset in templates for sale (e.g., website templates, presentation templates).

Restrictions:

The same restrictions from the Standard License apply, with the exception of resale as part of a larger product.
