Welcome to Attemptry (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Attemptry website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content and Licenses

Our Service allows you to purchase, download, and use digital 3D assets and related materials (“Content”). All Content available through our Service is owned by Attemptry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content in accordance with the specific license terms provided with each asset. Generally, this includes:

The right to use the Content in personal and commercial projects
The right to modify the Content to suit your projects
The right to incorporate the Content into larger works

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Content as standalone files
Use the Content in a way that competes with our Service
Claim ownership of the original Content

4. Payments and Credits

We use a credit-based system for purchasing Content. Credits are sold in packages and through subscription plans. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds except in cases of significant technical issues with the Content.

Subscription plans automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
